This 7‑day adventure starts and ends in Islamabad, taking you through the lush Kaghan Valley, over the high Babusar Pass, into Skardu town, and onto the vast Deosai Plains. You’ll travel by comfortable jeep, camp under the stars, enjoy light hikes, and explore local landmarks. You can choose to drive all the way from Islamabad or fly into Skardu and join the tour there. At its highest point you’ll reach around 4,000 m, so it’s best to plan for some light acclimatization. The ideal season is mid‑July to September, when the snow has melted and the meadows are carpeted with wildflowers.
