Terms and Conditions

1. Booking/Reservations

  • How to Book: Reservations can be made via email, WhatsApp, or through our website.
  • Tour Costs: Prices are based on the specific itinerary.
  • Additional Expenses: Rock Valley Tours is not liable for extra costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, road issues, flight changes, illness, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. Any additional costs in these scenarios will be negotiated between you and Rock Valley Tours.

2. Itinerary Changes

  • Factors Beyond Control: Adventure trips may be affected by factors such as weather, local politics, and transportation issues. While significant changes are rare, if necessary, the Group Leader and Guide will make alternative arrangements in the best interest of the group.

3. Payments

  • Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking.
  • Balance: The remaining 80% is to be paid in cash upon arrival or via online bank transfer.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Wise, direct bank transfer, or credit card.

4. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be handled securely and only used as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 6 Working Days or Fewer: 100% cancellation fee.
  • 7 to 10 Working Days: 50% of the total cost or the equivalent of the first two days’ charges, whichever is higher.
  • 11 Working Days or More: No cancellation fee if no advance payments or commitments have been made.
  • Trip Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel trips without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund, processed within 2 weeks.

6. Flight Delays/Cancellations

  • Recommendations: We advise booking extra days to accommodate potential flight delays and cover additional costs for accommodation and food if your flight is disrupted.

7. Travel Insurance

  • Coverage: We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health emergencies, evacuation, helicopter rescue, and loss or damage to baggage and personal belongings. Please arrange this insurance directly with your agent or insurance company.

8. Health & Safety

  • Traveler Responsibility: Ensure you are in good health and physically fit to participate in the tour. Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements before booking.

9. Complaints

  • Resolution: If you encounter any issues or have complaints during the tour, please inform our tour guide or representative immediately so we can address them promptly.
